Not really. It is exactly what we should all expect from a liberal stronghold and one of the most depraved segments of our society. It's disgusting. But that's what you get when people fail to excercise moral uprightness and proper constraint. It isn't as bad as it will get if it isn't stopped. And it should be all over the news for the public to hear about. "show us your boobs or die here" might as well have been their command. Let that settle in with fathers of daughters in this country. I know how I'd want to react.

Not very hard to believe, when you consider that 25% of the local police force took a siesta during the immediate aftermath. The guys who pulled that stunt are enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer, even as we post.
Hard to believe the suave and sophisticated UK is that hung up on mammaries. A lady exposing her breasts in public here in these backwater colonies, is hardly noticed anymore, except when some shameless huzzy, grossly shoves a nipple into her hungry baby's mouth.
I can't imagine anyone doing this, but on the other hand, I couldn't imagine much of what went went on in NOLA. At this point, nothing would surprise me.

It is entirely possible that storm survivors were told to expose themselves. What detracts from the account (what puts the story in doubt) is Ged's agenda, as laid out in his comment- "I could not have a lower opinion of the authorities, from the police officers on the street right up to George Bush".
You are assuming my "Hard to believe" to be the story from the UK people.
It could be "Hard to believe" comment would be people were so callous as to want a peek at someones breasts as the price to save their lives
