Thanks for the clarification. That number makes sense now, but it was not the number sitting axel deep in salt water as the Washington Times article stated. With that number of busses, most of the population could be evacuated in 24 hours assuming some would make more than one round trip.

Ah, thanks for the clarification on that. When did Blanco commandeer the buses?
