google it .. I think it is the same as the one the cruse ships get.
You get the runs and a stomach pain something fierce. Normally I don't think it is fatal.

I would think it would be fatal in some cases as well ... although if treated ...
It would have to be brutal on children and the elderly. Dehydration.
