Posted here just in case there is a local effort to downplay the anarchy and rapes and murder after this dies down, and no attempt to root out the cancer from society later so it never happens again....
I think there are a lot of folks coming down off drugs,etc. and unfortunately children and little old ladies are trapped with them.
This will be one for the history books, sociologists and national security planners.

I heard the report was in relation to the Convention Center. I watched on TV yesterday, as Steve Harrigan was reporting on the folks at the Convention Center being fed MRE's and water.
I highly doubt if one had the choice between an MRE and a corpse they'd choose the corpse. (end/sarcasm)

I also think it was the convention center. I saw armed national guard troops inside the Superdome.
Drugs have nothing to do with this. They have nothing to do with people cleaning KMarts.
It is immorality in the community that has been there for a long time, manifesting itself in tolerance to crime in peacetime, in pointing to the government and white man as the root of evil and excuse from personal reposnibility.

I read that one of the networks had pulled their upcoming movie about a hurricane that was actually a diversion for an alien invasion.
I'm fully expecting the loony libs to at one point accuse Bush of blowing up the levees to kill all the black people, it's gotten that bad.
Personally, I think all the race baiting and trashing of Bush might be based in fear on the libs part. The other states will embrace the evacuees, these people will be cared for, rescued and loved by white people and this will destroy the notion that there is this huge racial divide in this country.
The Dems and libs are making all this noise now because they have a very small window of opportunity in which to cry "racism."
I saw an interview this morning on Fox of some people hiking from the Convention Center to the Dome. They said the first food arrived this morning.
