Who knows what the old man would have become? He was a loyal aid to Joe McCarthy. He was way out in front on the destructive nature of the US welfare state. He may be spinning in his grave at the stupidity of the lad.
I think it is a prerequisite to be a Democrat in good standing these days to:
1. Despise Bush, and
2. Despise Americana at its heart i.e. hate the United States above all else in the world.
Maybe Jr. just wants to be a good Democrat.
You know, the President loves this country so much that they have to hate The United States of America because of their blind hate for him
