I believe Louisiana Politicians are the problem. Soon as Keith Olbermann transcripts are up from last nights show read the interview with Louisiana Senator ? (I forget his name).

This man could care less what happened to the poor population of NOLA. Your going to have to read between the lines but you'll get the message.

GW Bush in not to be blamed for the first few days, it's locale Louisiana Politicians that messed up NOLA, period.

From what I've been gathering the last few days, NO's Police Department was combat ineffective before the storm. I've even seen video of the police joining the looters. I doubt anyone anticipated the feds would have to take over the whole show.
