please have a plan to get out of wherever you live in case of disaster, unless you want the gov to take protective custody of you (for all intents you are an inmate and we know how safe prisons are)

Buses are arriving and being told they have to go to Dallas or Huntsville. The drivers can't go any further because of laws preventing them from driving any more hours.
