To be fair to Shep, he didn't just plow over someone driving through a parking lot. A women from another network was standing in the only empty parking space in the lot saving it for a coworker. Shep asked her to move, she refused, he nudged her out of the spot with his bumper.
I gladly yield to the Phantom Lord's more accurate recounting of the incident. I did not know that the woman in question was an employee of a competing network.
