I'm pretty sure that there is a number of former Delta/Marine Recon etc. that would be interested in dusting off old skills. Or maybe there's a clause to PC that I don't know of.
At any rate, I think SFOD-D would be a little busy around the world to handle this. I bet that a platoon of staright-leg Louisiana NG infantry could take care of this.
PC allies to US Army only,(pretty sure) Marines are free to engage.
