The tagline after your name is an insult to Morlocks..:)
What do you mean? Was he raised by his dad, or grandparents, & not the Ditch Mama?
Although Cindy was his mother and in the same household, and tried to "raise" him along her anti-american lines...that upbringing did not take. He was influenced by others, apparently his father's parents and family, and he took an all-American tracts.
His sister indicated he always wanted to be a soldier and that he "actually believed that stuff". He was an altar boy, and eagle scout, and then joined the military (against his mother's wishes), re-upped at the end of four years (against his mother's wishes), volunteered for Iraq (against his mother's wishes), and then when he got there, volunteered for a hazardous rescue mission that he did not have to go on and was killed while heroically trying to help his comrades. He got a bronze star.
But...the truth is, his mother did care for him and raise him...he just didn't take hold of her anti-american beliefs.
As to Cindy herself...in addition to her disgusting and despicable beliefs and using her son's heroic death to further them...she is simply a sham and a liar as evidenced by the following pic and quote:

You know, I had that info and lost it when I cleared my cache... do you still have it?
Well, since the husband (in the petition for divorce), asked for his death benefits from the military and the Prudential policy (which I asked all to think about that, cause what does that tell you about her?), says it all.
He should be able to go to court to prevent her from using him this way (may be impossible, her son), in view of circumstances, he can claim anguish and stress on the rest of the family and their living standards...they probably can't walk out of the house without people in their face. Oops wait a minute...it's liveral media, they respect her privacy regarding her family.
