A happy thought, but more then likely, the aircraft are neutered like the Thunderbirds. The smoke oil system is located in the gunbay.

Believe it or not, the Blue Angeles are fully functional combat aircraft. I'm not sure what exact model F-18 they're flying now but I know when I was in they could be set up for combat in about 12 hours.
