I meant to include the Officers and Senior Enlisted in her command who failed to provide the leadership and responsibility of their positions in the "reduce and drum out", but got ahead of myself a bit. Im sure there must have been at least one or two in each category who attempted to correct, or at least alert outside authority, but have seen no information of that.

She's not the 1st to do this, and I suspect she won't be the last. The thing is these kind of book end up on the remainder rack in a very short time.
