I've used both...they jsut aren't working for me this year the fleas are that bad.

I've got friends without pets who are spraying their houses for fleas. We were sitting outside yesterday waiting for a friend to drop our daughter off and I had fleas all over me.....but we can't treat the yard until tomorrow afetr the grass gets cut.

It's out over the 'Glades - that's 'bout the same as being over open water...

Apparently only a few people can go on the walk at one time. I wonder if it is rickety, sort of to add to the excitement. I am unhappy about this. Next thing there will be a big gambling casino and signs hanging over the canyon.

The eye is over The Everglades; it's more a swamp than actual "land." That could be a contributing factor.

"You aren't still using flea dip???? Get Frontline or Advantage from your vet. A few drops on the dogs back, depending on the dogs weight and he will be flea free for several months."

I use Program which sterilizes either the fleas or their eggs. Once a month tablet.

She's getting bigger.

Circulations tend to spread out while over land. Unfortunately, the marsh land of south FL does a terrible job of damaging the entire circulation. It's quite likely that there will still be something of an eye on radar as it hits the gulf coast.

The westernmost bands are starting to feel the affects of the bath water out ahead, and inflow is starting up again out of the north. She will pop right back to Hurricane as the eye exits (should be downgraded shortly).

I am surprised at how many people have had stuff like trees falling on their houses.

BTW USAA is superb.

I'm shocked. I have used those 2 products ever since they came out and my dogs never have a flea on them. I never spray my house or yard either. Our flea season is long too, plus I have squirrels, opossums and raccoons in my yard, all of them have fleas. Maybe you got a bad batch.

To: Gabz; Sam Cree

Reportedly, a lot of Miami is without power.
Greta had that horrid Janie Weintrab on a cell phone conversation and Janie was without power and had lost her Ficus tree she had planted right after Andrew.

I think Sam Cree lives in Miami. Who else do we know?

One year about 20 years ago in Baltimore the fleas were so bad everyone had them. We went to the beach for two weeks and when we got back, we walked across a rug in our house and scores of fleas jumped up on us. It was unbelievable. We had to spray the yard and flea bomb the house multiple times,, shaved the poodle and cut off the cats hair and kept them inside. It was like sci fi or something.

Flea bombs from the vet work

The weatherman here mentioned that if they run out of names (a realistic possibility at this point), they'll start using Greek letters...

I am glad to know there is something else on the market because one day my remedies will no longer work. I have been careful to not use one treatment too long so that the fleas build up a tolerance to it.

That's what I thought. That water is pretty darn warm and not too deep.
