He used to be a fairly frequent contributor to National Review, during the late '70's and through the '80's. His columns were always upbeat, giving very well documented explanations of how and why the conservative movement was gaining strength and would prevail in the long run.

In recent years, it is my impression he has been more active behind the scenes, as an organizer, fundraiser, and advocate. He's very smart, energetic, and articulate. Kind of like Newt.

I believe his reputation has been tarnished to some extent by his chummy relationship with certain Arab organizations and governments, and his subtle advocacy on their behalf. I could be wrong on this point, and may be mixing him up with another Norquist.

IMHO Norquist could very well do lasting damage to the GOP and the conservative cause. His ties to "Arab causes" are overrun with specific ties to terrorist supporters--after he was warned he just kept on doing it.

This has all been documented for years and discussed on here.

Norquist, I believe, is on the NRA board. I am a Life Member of the NRA and am ashamed that he is associated with it.

You are not wrong...you are absolutely correct.

Norquist recently married a Palestinian muslim woman...accordingly, he would have had to have converted to islam.

He refuses to say...

Norquist has brought the islamists too close to the President.
