The president continues his working vacation in Crawford, Texas, with the esteemed Mrs. Bush. I haven't found new photos of them for today, but there are a few of other administration officials and employees.
A new White House Chef has been hired: Chef Cristeta 'Cris' Comerford from the Philippines, who was hired to "give the White House menus a lighter, more American flair."
Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld is in Latin America for three days; he is in Paraguay for two days.

The problem is that Gaza has well over a million Arabs, and just a few tens of thousand Jews. And the Arabs are reproducing at a much higher rate than the Jews are. If they don't separate into a Palestinian State and a Jewish state now, in about 20 years the majority of the population of Israel will be Palestinian, and in a democratic gov't, that would give the Palestinians control.
Sharon is trying to preserve a Jewish state, and establishing a Palestinian state may well be the best chance.
It had to be. 8,000 Israeli's surrounded by 1 million arabs. Not enough resources to protect them all, given the country's security concerns.

My nephew has been selected to play for the U.S. team at the President's Cup next month (golf)! They usually have a formal ball for the players where the president drops by.
But this year they're GOING TO DINNER AT THE WHITE HOUSE WITH THE BUSHES...new chef and all!!!!
