This email just went out to Ameriquest. Wish I could take credit for it, but it came from a friend. I thought it exceptional and right on the money. I will borrow from it in my own letter to follow.

Dear Ameriquest,

Let's review...

How come you're so wrong, my sweet neo-con? / "You call yourself a Christian, I call you a hypocrite," / "You call yourself a patriot. Well, I think you are full of s---!

and...

How come you're so wrong? / My sweet neo-con, where's the money gone, in the Pentagon.

and...

It's liberty for all, democracy's our style, unless you are against us, then it's prison without trial.

Apparently no one at ACC or Ameriquest understands political discourse in the news, because neo con is a contemptible pejorative aimed at Jews who who ascribe to conservative values. Apparently this nakedly ant-Semitic slander is pleasing to Ameriquest. As is apparent, that Ameriquest - while you cover yourself in the symbolism of America - actually despises our Nation. If you love our Nation, you would immediately denounce your association with the Jew Hating America Hating Rolling Stones.

But you do not.

Actions speak far louder than words. As a tree is known by its fruit. What you did could be ascribed to a mistake, having been conned by a media agency with an agenda. Such as the NFL has been conned.

But here are the facts - you willingly climbed into bed with American Hating, Jew Hating musicians. No amount of public relations craft can change this. You will spin, and twist and cry foul, but you laid down with vile characters, using them to sell to us American Boosterism.

Since you won't admit the error of such an egregious business decision, my hope is that enough Americans will rise up and get Ameriquest on par with the Dixie Chicks.

Think of all the American bands you could have partnered with. But No. You partnered with American Hating Jew Hating Britishers to sell us on your identity with American symbolism.

That's not just block headed... it's incredibly stupid.

As I will never be an Ameriquest customer, I am encouraging whomever I can influence not to do business with Ameriquest.

Sincerely,

MG in Colorad0

I'm no fan of the Stones, but how do you know that they are "Jew Hating"?

Ameriquest is already in hot water, in negotiations with 25 state Attorneys General to settle predatory lending charges. Connecticut almost revoked its license over excessive fees.

The term 'neocon' is frequently a code word for Jewish Conservative.

When I mentioned to a mortage banker that we had done business with Ameriquest, he looked around and whispered "Ameriquest is only one step away from illegal - stay as far away from them as possible." That was in 1999.

I vote that post the most blatantly unjustified accusation of anti-Semitism…EVER!

The lyric even calls the neo-con Christian. I despair at people, sometimes.

"Code-word" is not the same as direct "Jew-hating." And there's no evidence The Stones hate America; they (or Jagger at least) are fashionably peeved with President Bush and the new-style conservatives who advise him and support him. The letter would have been more effective if it had been a little smarter and a little less cathartic.

But Ameriquest should hear from potential customers of whatever the hell it is they sell saying things like, "Gosh, I love President Bush and I can't for the life of me understand how Mick Jagger could call him a hypocrite or question his faith -- and why would your company help pay for the stage for him to say these things on?"

I'm not agreeing with this letter just explaining the thinking behind it.

I would have thought that Geritol was going to be the main sponsor, with "Lark" motorized carts and Depends also sponsoring.
