The funny thing is, once you get your metabolism cooking with 6 healthy meals a day, cheat days are actually helpful. They keep your body guessing so the theromostat doesn't re-adjust downward, so to speak.

You are so correct. I've done weight watchers after every baby. That is why they have extra points to use during the week. Your body will get used to the "new" calorie intake and exercise regimen after awhile and you have to wake it up again so to speak.
