"The Republican Party will not rest until this principle is upheld."
Tell it to the voters you tossed aside in Washington, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

I would encourage Chairman Dean and the Democrat Party to do the same. Fat chance. But, at least he did call Dean by his communist title of Chairman, as he should be so labeled.

Has the ACVR report received any press at all? I haven't seen anything.

This is a nice touchy feely letter, that won't go anywhere. Because we all know where the source of voter fraud is. This is a state issue, unless we develop standardized voting national laws...(read: more fed government involvement to make more of a mess than it already is). Oh, I live in Wisconsin, and our governor, a rat, will veto any voter bill that comes across his desk.

I strongly support your proposal of a zero-tolerance policy toward election fraud and intimidation, and I would encourage Chairman Dean and the Democrat Party to do the same. Because the left feels so strongly about voter fraud, I'm sure they'll overwhelmingly support voter ID, so fraud never happens again, right?

The American Center For Voting Rights is nothing more than a Democratic Party front. These people do not wish for more scrutiny, at least on THEIR side anyway. They want less accountability and more voters on the Democrat rolls. Believe you me, if the shoe were on the other foot, we wouldn't have had the side show down in Atlanta, GA last Saturday, with Harry Belafonte and Dick Gregory among others ranting and raving about voter disenfranchisement. To them, it was so much better when the Boss Tweeds and Daley machine ruled the roost. Now the people have risen up to fight them.

How come Mehlman doesn't mention illegal voting by aliens, felons, dead people and mutiple voters using provencial ballots? What about all the attacks on RNC headquarters and tire slashings of vans in Madison? How 'bout showing ID when you vote? Also, the lopsided ratio of destruction of Republican/Bush election signs vs. Kerry signs? The Repubs have been way too weak on this!

The f&b O'Reilly believes both parties engage in fraud and proudly proclaims it every chance that he gets. Someone ought to hold his feet to the fire and make him produce documentation for one substantiated instance of voter fraud on the part of Republicans. Hell, the Dems own voter fraud, if they didn't they wouldn't control the big cities to the extent that they do.
