It is really sad to see this happening to a mother of a fallen American soldier who gave his life to save his countrymen.

Cindy Sheehan is being goaded and aided by anti-American leftists who are using her for their own ends. Yes, she was a Bush-hater before her son died, but since being latched on to by Military Families Speak Out and other groups like Veterans for Peace and Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan has gone around the bend.

Sheehan and her husband, Patrick, are old pros at not paying their taxes. They are using their son's death to justify a pre existing affliction to welch on their responsibilities.

I'm sorry but she's getting to sound like a self centered ***** who is flailing around like she's the only mother who lost a son/daughter/loved one in this war.

It's getting old, and she needs to stop dishonoring her son's memory.

Mrs. Sheehan, I am intimately familiar with the pain the loss of a child can bring. I'll help you through it any way I can . . .

But I'll be damned if I'm going to pay your taxes.

Smack her down. No mercy. The full weight of the law needs to fall on her.

If the IRS goes after her for taxes, it will be three years from now, and they'll assess interest and penalty and collect every penny.

But if Mrs. Sheehan thinks that the death of her son should be the determining factor in the wisdom and morality of our foreign policy, she makes it imperetive to the enemy to kill her son, and as many others like him as they can.

PROTESTING SOLDIER MOM CHANGED STORY ON BUSH Mon Aug 08 2005 10:11:07 ET

The mother of a fallen U.S. soldier who is holding a roadside peace vigil near President Bush's ranch -- has dramatically changed her account about what happened when she met the commander-in-chief last summer!

Cindy Sheehan, 48, of Vacaville, Calif., who last year praised Bush for bringing her family the "gift of happiness," took to the nation's TV outlets this weekend to declare how Bush "killed an indispensable part of our family and humanity."

CINDY 2004

THE REPORTER of Vacaville, CA published an account of Cindy Sheehan's visit with the president at Fort Lewis near Seattle on June 24, 2004:

"'I now know he's sincere about wanting freedom for the Iraqis,' Cindy said after their meeting. 'I know he's sorry and feels some pain for our loss. And I know he's a man of faith.'

"The meeting didn't last long, but in their time with Bush, Cindy spoke about Casey and asked the president to make her son's sacrifice count for something. They also spoke of their faith.

"The trip had one benefit that none of the Sheehans expected.

"For a moment, life returned to the way it was before Casey died. They laughed, joked and bickered playfully as they briefly toured Seattle.

For the first time in 11 weeks, they felt whole again.

"'That was the gift the president gave us, the gift of happiness, of being together,' Cindy said."

CINDY 2005

Sheehan's current comments are a striking departure.

She vowed on Sunday to continue her protest until she can personally ask Bush: "Why did you kill my son?"

In an interview on CNN, she claimed Bush "acted like it was party" when she met him last year.

"It was -- you know, there was a lot of things said. We wanted to use the time for him to know that he killed an indispensable part of our family and humanity. And we wanted him to look at the pictures of Casey.

"He wouldn't look at the pictures of Casey. He didn't even know Casey's name. He came in the room and the very first thing he said is, 'So who are we honoring here?' He didn't even know Casey's name. He didn't want to hear it. He didn't want to hear anything about Casey. He wouldn't even call him 'him' or 'he.' He called him 'your loved one.'

Every time we tried to talk about Casey and how much we missed him, he would change the subject. And he acted like it was a party.

BLITZER: Like a party? I mean...

SHEEHAN: Yes, he came in very jovial, and like we should be happy that he, our son, died for his misguided policies. He didn't even pretend like somebody...

END

On her current media tour, Sheehan has not been asked to explain her twist on Bush; from praise to damnation!

Developing...

I heard this woman being interviewed on KFBK (Sacramento) this afternoon.

Two words came to mind: "Media whore."

But an oppressed media whore. She seemed snide and snippy when the first question, "You saw president Bush last year and you were on his side, what happened to change your mind?" And then she had to cut the interview short because she had another interview to do. But her parting words were something like, "Keep in touch with me. I want people to know what I'm doing."

All seemed very odd to me.

Hmmm... Methinks the tax problem came before the decision to become a war protester.

I hope the Left and the MSM feeding frenzy drives her crazy to the point where they sap every ounce of emotional turmoil, guilt and horror that they can blackmail out of Americans... so that the drama's cathartic stage would kick in and America can say to itself, "Thanks, I feel much better now. Wasn't that performance something else! I'm hungry... where can you get a good burger around here?"

"I didn't pay my taxes for 2004," she said. When a letter arrives declaring her payment delinquent, she said, "I'll say no -- I don't owe you a penny. We'll see what they do to me."

Thats right Cindy. They won't be able to touch you after all,... you feel really strongly about this and what could possibly matter more than your feelings on the issue? The piddly IRS doesn't stand a chance against such strong emotion. And if they send you to prison for 10 or 12 years, then it's a small price to pay. Just think of how stupid George Bush will look when he's retired and working on his memoirs while you're getting your third cavity search of the day and "enjoying" your delousing with the other girls.

Don't worry it won't be so bad, and if it helps keep Air America going for an extra 3 months then it'll all be worth it.

You know, I'm morally opposed to war. However, I'm even more morally opposed to sitting around and doing nothing while others are being enslaved and murdered. I'm also more morally opposed to sitting around and doing nothing while tyrants attempt to enslave and/or murder me or my loved ones.

Sometimes one has to make a choice among those things to which one is morally opposed.

Well I'll tell you fine folks what *I* think will happen to Cindy Sheehan, when she finally realizes that she has arrived at Minute 16 (after using up her 15 minutes), and that nobody is going to pay her any more attention, when the IRS just treats her like any non-filer, and the cameras and microphones have moved on to more current events, she will decide that only by taking her own life, will she draw the world's attention to her cause, and I predict that she will show up either outside of the Crawford Ranch of President Bush, or perhaps at the White House gate (if she can manage it), and she will proceed to pour gasoline all over herself and then light the match, in a nostalgic emulation of the immolation that a handful of Buddhist Vietnamese monks engaged in, way back in old Saigon, and like those monks learned (albeit too late), it won't make a tinker's damn worth of difference.

Hey Cindy? Can we call you CINDERrella?

Cindy Sheehan has gone around the bend.

She's making mistake after mistake and it's going to
cost her, the IRS sheds no tears.
