So we, thy people and sheep of thy pasture,
will give thee thanks forever;
we will show forth thy praise to all generations.
We come to You today as children of Your love, and we pray that You would help us to hear Your voice above all the noise and din of our lives. Descend unto us, Holy Spirit, like a dove, and come into our hearts, that we may be as one with You. Help us to be still and know that You are God. May Your Name and Your holiness be exalted above all the earth.
Lord, we know that no one has ever called on You in vain. Please hear our prayer for our President, Great God. We know that his desire is to please You and because he is attempting to do Your will, we ask that You reward him for his commitment to You. Your Word tells us to be believers in You and Your truth. Thank You for all the successes of our President that have been made possible by his belief in You and by his willingness to accept Your Lordship over his life. Continue to guide him, Father, and let him never lose his way. Please help him to gain influence in this nation through his powerful example. We rejoice that he is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Lord, please grant him the strength and conviction to continue to do what is right, regardless of the political fall-out. Fight every battle for him, Lord, and let him emerge victorious because he allows You to work in his life.
Father, we decry the arrogance of federal judges who appoint themselves as gods, seeking to rule out of their own narrowly defined righteousness. Lord, only You are God. We come against this tool the devil is using to manipulate the system of representative government we have in this nation. Help us Lord. Help the American people to rise up in righteous indignation over judicial activism and its assault on the traditions and moral underpinnings of this nation. Our President has nominated a godly man to the Supreme Court, and we ask that you help the people of this nation to support his nominee. Father, please expose the lies and vicious rhetoric and enable Judge Roberts to be confirmed.
May Your face never cease to shine upon our faithful service men and women, protecting and defending them. Please continue to bring success to our war effort, and help the Gospel to be brought to Afghanistan and Iraq, Lord. Please bring the light of Jesus Christ to all our cities throughout America as well, for the day is short and the darkness is great.
Father, you gave Your beloved Son to die for us, and we pray that none would go to the grave without accepting Him as their Saviour. Help us to share the wonderful news of the Gospel, Lord, that our nation may return to You in faithfulness; that we, Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, may give You thanks forever, and show forth Your praise to all generations. In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Yesterday I became aware of a woman, who in her grief and anger is spreading lies about the President. Deliver her from her anger, Lord, heal her grief, and give her a change of heart.
Lord, I ask that you comfort the President and make him aware of how much good he has done for people. Let those who are using this woman for their own ends be confounded and defeated.
I ask this in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, who reigns with You and the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, We ask for prayers to heal those who are grieving now for their loved ones who have left us due to war and sickness. We are mindful of our blessings and ask for continued protection for our country and our president. Amen
