I strongly recommend for Amnesty International to personally engage in street and city investigations by sending a group of delegates and lawyers from the ACLU to start investigations instead of leaving such task up to the Iraqi Government.
The NYT could send one of their terror savvy reporters along to enable this group to mingle in stricken areas.
