AL-QAEDA TRAINING MANUAL POSTED BY GOVERNMENT Portions of an Al-Qaeda training manual have been posted on the Web by the Department of Justice. It was found by British police in Manchester during the search of an Al-Qaeda terrorist's home. The manual was subsequently introduced at a trial in New York.
The manual has been translated into English. Only portions of it are available. Those parts deemed helpful to would-be terrorists have been deleted. The stuff on the Web is common-sense instructions for undercover people. Nonetheless, it can give you an indication of how the terrorists think.
