Carr gave Green, who is unemployed, the option of defending herself against the charges, hiring counsel or having a public defender appointed to represent her. "I would like for you to appoint me one, please," said Green, who has been in the Fairfax County jail since early Thursday. Her court-appointed counsel could petition the court for her release before her trial date.
I can't imagine that what kind of defense she might have.

she'll get a bid that'll be reduced after this blows over ,... to me,20yrs hard labor would be about right, but be ready for all the squishy pychobabble and she'll do maybe a year
