Even so...amazing how desperate the libs are that they'd use him as heading up anything. What arrogance!

The Repubs, sadly, are weak as is evidenced by:

The prosecutor is in the bag for the Democrats. The sentence recommendation was laughable and the judge saw this pretty easily. Apprently, the prosecutor stumbled upon a judge with integrity. When the day for Burglar's sentencing came, the judge basically said "no dice" and put sentencing off for awhile. It ain't over yet. I think there's some horse-trading going on.
