The reality is that YOU have IVF in America, as well as the rest of the world.

What would YOU intend for those children created by the excess fertilization?

This REALITY is both of ours.

Did you even look at what Frist actually said, or are you taking the FRAUDcaster's word for it?

I quoted one portion...

-I suggest you peddle your pro-death stuff somewhere else...

In other words -take a hike buddy.

The LASlimes also quoted Frist, and completely reversed what he said by the way they quoted him. I asked only if you have read his whole speech, or are you taking the FRAUDcaster's word for what he said.

No one here is more pro-Life than I am. As illustration, I stated on many threads that I would support a ban on IVF - something not many people would go along with, unless they were evangelicals or very strict Catholics - and something that is vanishingly unlikely to occur even in this country, not to say worldwide.

I ask you respectfully, once more, with slightly different wording:

What is it that you believe is the most pro-life solution for the blastocysts over-produced by the IVF procedure?

I give you the courtesy of a reply simply because you are a freeper -anywhere else you could pack sand...

Now -looking at this from a Catholic standpoint I would never assist or promulgate or support the harvesting of innocents deemed no longer necessary -no matter the purpose -the ends do not justify the means. Supporting the final stage of the means is still supporting the means.

Looking at it from a simply ethical and logical standpoint there only three options and in the three one must look at not only the specific ends achieved by the horrific means at this time but the also the potential ends weighed against the potential means:

Option 1. Do nothing

Option 2. Oppose

Option 3. Support

I would question how they will keep the supply of stem cells replenished if they do come up with a miracle cure or two -where will the much needed plentiful supply raw materials otherwise known as murdered innocents come from? I look at this as a Pandora's box that once opened will be very hard to close. I would suggest the scientists work with adult stem cells until they get the 'logistics' and 'supply' issues in order BEFORE they tap into that which they may only want a nibble of now but may want to gorge themselves on later...

The private sector has free reign now without any restrictions I am aware of -Will government funding somehow make for better research -By opening the supply will we be fostering conservation? In my opinion the answers are no & no...
