To: Ultra Sonic 007

Is this a different guy from yesterday? The guy on yesterday was trying to convince listeners that John Roberts is a good pick for the SCOTUS. He said his MAIN reason for thinking so is that GW "always gets the kind of pick he wants." Name one bad nomination where he might regret having done it. Within mere moments he was trying to explain away Paul O'Neill as an "exception to the rule." I didn't listen long enough to see if anyone mentioned Bernie Kerik. Ouch!

Bernard Kerick was an excellent pick from the perspective of being a man to do what needed to be done there - it was a conflict of interest. Paul O'Neill was NOT a judge & came through different selection critera.

The thing about Bush is I believe he gives people a chance, but if you cross him you're gone!!
