It has nothing to do with 'black' culture. A pominent NY judge was convicted of sending threatening letters to his former mistress' young daughter. After serving time in jail he was given a standing ovation when he attended a bar function. The judge was a jewish white male.

In the book about Sol Wachtler, former Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals who harassed, and attempted to extort his former mistress, serial adulteress, Joy Silverman, he was made to be the "victim" .......claiming Ms Joy was a sex maniac who came onto him, despite his protests (poster laughs uproariously).

Sexed-up Joy dumped the judge and moved on to another bed but Sol couldn't take rejection and began a series of bizarre criminal activities that landed him in jail.

As if that wasn't enough, blaming Joy, Wachtler's children continued to make harrassing phone calls to her from a phone booth near their home.

The legal profession in NY just loved the guy and turned him into a hero.
