It was well known that this stuff was dangerous. Taking pills that mess with a woman's reproductive cycle is really dicing with death or serious damage to her health.

I'm a veterinarian and it's exceedingly rare for a good vet to give a dog a 'mismating' shot to abort any unwanted pups because of some pretty devastating effects on the mom's health. I can't believe this pill is on the human market. Didn't they even make it over-the-counter? Terrible. There are entirely too many safe products that are quite effective at preventing pregnancy to justify messing with hormones like this.

It's a human pesticide. I cannot imagine it being "safe" under any conditions.
Mother Nature - let's not mention God - is sacred until someone has a baby on the way.
