Leave poor Toronto alone. Darfur would be a good spot for the UN headquarters. It's one of the few places in the world where the UN idiotcrats would be an improvement (however slight) over the currently resident idiotcrats. And besides, Darfur dissed Condi, so they DESERVE to get the UN!
