Some of the work was orchestrated by Mr. Menendez, who steered more than $200,000 worth of political consulting and fund-raising contracts her way. Several of her clients are businesses and organizations run by prominent supporters of Mr. Menendez. LiCausi has lobbied her former boss on their behalf.

What a perfect arrangement. He steers business her way, and she 'lobbies' him on the behalf of the businesses he steers to her. This reeks to high heaven!

Is NJ really that comatose that the voters put up with:

- the Torricelli / Lautenberg swap?

- the McGreevey resignation because he realized 'he's a gay American'?

- and this little sweetheart arrangement?

I guess all those idiots in Camden and Newark don't give a rat's rear!

Well, I am sure she doffs the specs when she is, er, lobbying Rep. Mendez. And the photograph hints at abundant womanly endowments.

Attention brain dead New Jersey voters!!!!!!
pay to play bobby will be your next senator.
Remember that when you go to the polls to make bigger pay to play jon your governor.
You will get no help from the toilet papers on your news stands. Either start voting Republican, move or become an active rat so you can steal back what they will steal from you. You had your chance a few times before and blew it. Don't make the same old stupid joyzy voter mistake.

But .. what I don't like is that his response was - "it's personal" - that's the excuse the dems always use when they're doing something sleezy and don't want to be held accountable.

The bottom line is," Mr. Menendez said, ......"Do I do my job ethically? Do I work hard for them every day? Do I fight for them every day? Am I willing to make difficult decisions, even in the face of adversity? I think my whole life has been about that."

My reply: "It's what you do in private when you think nobody's looking that is the real measure of your character."

Setting up his secret sex partner in business to launder monies in secret while he performs like a perfect trained seal in public won't cut it.

One of the most despicable official acts ever by a Dim politician: Jimbo McGreevey put his boyfriend Golan Cipel on the payroll and in charge of homeland security without any regard for the citizenry's safety.

McGay stupidly installed his boyfriend, Cipel, as the state's HomeLandSec advisor......the citizenry later discovered the individual sex-crazed McGay put in charge of their safety could not get security clearance b/c Cipel---who McGay met on a tax-paid politicans' obeisance tour of Israel--- was not a US citizen.

While Cipel was working for the state's Democrat Party---his first US job in the USA---convicted felon Charles Kushner--- sponsored his work permit, and possibly filed false documents with the then-INS to get the phony Cipel into a position to steal US national security secrets.

Kushner was McGay's top contributor and got His Gayness into office. Kushner was also on the tour and introduced the two gay blades. Kushner---a developer-- was later found to have a connection to Cipel--he was building apartments in Cipel's hometown the very place where McGay was introduced to Cipel.

Cipel later threatened to out McG with a sexual harassment lawsuit which prompted McGreevey's resignation from office. At the time McG resigned, he announced that he "just found out" he was gay (poster laughs uproariously).

Both Cipel and McG are still under federal investigation.

Considering all of the money she is making from Menendez, I don't think it is the latter. Which, of course, could mean a very interesting anatomy ;-)

But in 2002..... Ms. LiCausi left his staff. Since then.......She has amassed hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts as consultant, lobbyist and fund-raiser.

She's put in a lot of overtime.

Can Rep Menendez say kickback? And money laundering?

He thinks we can‘t figure out he's influence-peddling and selling his office and elected status to get state business for his girlfriend.

Menendez knew what he was doing by setting LiCausi up in business. Everything is run through her, and nothing is traced to him ----or almost nothing, depending on the willingness of investigative reporters to dig.

Others in Menendez’ position cash-in by having their wives hold 51% of a business to qualify for contracts.

And you can bet your sweet patootie, Rep Menendez did not forget about forming super-secret LLC's & LLP's with hidden partners.

Besides, a female (considered by law a “minority-owned ” business) is almost guaranteed to get state business and with Ms LiCausi’s contacts facilitated through Menendez, she'd get a bigger dollar portion than others.

Question: How many other businesses lose money or even outright fail because the state hands out contracts based on political correctness?

Now lookit this: not only does LiCausi get a nice portion of state business, but if those businesses DO business with the government, they qualify for "extras." These "extras" vary by business and/or vendor.

Now all of those entities he’s got doing business with LiCausi---including the Hudson County Democrat Party---- need investigating to see whether the IRS, FCC and SEC should step in.

The corporations might have misused company reserve accounts, concealed losses, inflated asset values and improperly accounted for transactions, as well as deferring profits into reserve accounts, improperly shifting capital funding to other projects to hide illegal activities. Maybe US bank laws were violated, and maybe income was not used for the purposes stated-----and improper accounting procedures were used.

We need to know the extent to which these entities engaged in Enron-style accounting and spending practices........and whether Menendez and LiCausi got Global Crossing mega-stock deals ala Terry McAuliffe.

Any of these practices could jeopardize the financial interests of investors, stockholders, banks------- and would compel the SEC to step in.
