There's nothing to investigate. Plame, according to Wilson's book, returned to the U.S. 6 years before she was "outed." The law clearly states that she had to be overseas and undercover within the previous 5 years to be covered under this statute. Bush, Powell, Novak and the entire press corps could have stood on a busy streetcorner with bullhorns shouting `Plame is a spy,' and they would not have violated this law. So reading some memo about her could not possibly have been any sort of violation.

Buchannon and the entire MSM are idiots!!!

Who is worse - Pat Buchanan, or Joe Scarborough?

Hmmmm...tough one. I can't stand either of them, but if pressed for an answer, I'd have to say Buchanan.

Since the Rove idiocy has been discredited, they're now moving the goalposts.

They do it all the time. The next liberal stupidity is right around the corner.

GO FOR THE CHEESE.

As far as I can tell, there is NO crime.

Hence, no problem for Pres. Bush, as he could only be impeached for a "high crime or misdemeanor". Also, the GOP controls both houses. He will not be impeached.

This is the anti-Bush forces' wet dream. Only a dream.

What is obscene is a mattress-bag such as Valerie Plame being allowed to get her hack of a husband a juicy all-expenses paid trip to Africa based on the request - this was supposed to be a serious mission, and they send a career government employee to check it out??

Agree completely. If they needed an ambassador-type to check things out, why not ask the then current U.S. ambassador to Niger? Sheesh!

a classic example of starting a fire, fanning the flames and claiming that the Bush presidency is on fire

Absolutely, all the buzz-words are there.

"Buchanan and his sister bay, BTW are the puppet masters for the "hero" of a very small but very loud minority on FR, tom tancredo. "

They may be a small minority compared to the total number of people registered with FR but there are so many of them posting that any outside observer could mistakingly conclude that FR is one of those lunatic fringe sociopath websites that should be monitored by the FBI.

This is a repeat of 1989-2000 when the Buchanan supporters were flooding FR and stockpiling multiple registrations. At one point Buchanan declared "We now own the Internet."

Calling President Bush a traitor and advocating machine gunning down Mexican migrants, and lining the border area with claymores has become acceptable.

I'm sure the WH lawyers were there to stop the President from getting on the RED phone and calling for operation Expose Plame.

Spineless US Senate would rather protect Hanoi Kerry
than deal with the anti war crowd.

Anyone who thinks Hanoi Kerry isn't behind the anti war crowd needs to get a clue.

It's time to support our troops and ignore the jelly fish in the US Senate!

There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate

He is there illegally!

WAKEUP AMERICA!

For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.

Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen

Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3
http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.amendmentxiv.html

And the FBI has proof of his treason.

Hanoi Kerry Timeline of a traitor

May 1970
Kerry and Julia traveled to Paris, France and met with Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, the Foreign Minister of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam (PRG), the political wing of the Vietcong, and other Viet Cong and Communist Vietnamese representatives to the Paris peace talks, a trip he now calls a "fact-finding" mission.

(U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 953, declares it illegal for a U.S. citizen to go abroad and negotiate with a foreign power.)

may be tried at any time without limitation.

Thankfully few people actually watch their network...

Judging by the number of times Buchanan is mentioned here, a sizeable chunk of their small audience must FReepers, LOL!

Scarborough is now Aruba show. He sticks to what he knows.

A couple of nights ago, Scarborough had a lengthy segment on this CIA "leak" issue, and he was slamming Rove and the administration over it. He's such a little traitorous wimp.
