Did you pay your electric bill?

Either your computer wasn't turned on, you weren't logged in, you were suspended, you were banned, the internet was slow, the internet was down, the Viking Kitties were upset with you, FR was slow, FR was down or it was Bush's fault. There, that should cover it.
It's just GOTTA be one of those.
FR was down for most of the day Sunday, ( 12 hours, ) and as slow as an ice wagon since that time for all of the day yesterday and most of today but is back to normal now.
