Hey, we still have electricity! The rain just stopped. No wind. No storm. Everything is calm. The crickets are playing their music outside. They have no idea what's coming! ;-)
We made some pictures of Hurricane Dennis today.

Good bye! I am afraid that tomorrow when I wake up, I won't be able to go on the internet for a month.

Wow!
This is better than the news!
Your pictures are awesome.
Great pix! The ones with the dark clouds were featured on The Weather Channel by Jim (I'm always in the middle of a hurricane) Cantore.
I hope to see your web page tomorrow with the pix saying: "We're still here".
Stay safe.

How far inland are you?
You have some incredible photos of the very threatening looking clouds. Great job & stay safe!
If you servive this trust me the bad guys will come to take your stuff! Be safe and use the "international language" when the lawless ones come.I rode out 2 hurricane and the lawless ones came in soon as the wind died down and took off as soon as we Racked the action on a shotgun. It is a good language to know. Know what I mean?
We are about 1 or 2 miles north of Pensacola Bay. That is quite close, but fortunately our house is high, so it doesn't flood over here.
By the way, we got the power back tonight! :-D
Thanks for the advice! Thank God, we did not have thiefs. I think people knew that we're at home. Thiefs like to break in to houses where they have a feeling that the people evacuated and nobody is at home.
