TUCSON, Ariz. A Border Patrol agent has been arrested today after he allegedly brought an illegal immigrant into the U-S.
Thirty-two-year-old Ephraim Cruz of Douglas was arrested today at the Tucson Sector Border Patrol Headquarters after a federal grand jury returned a five-count indictment.
The indictment alleges that on or about January 22nd, Cruz knowingly brought an illegal immigrant into the U-S.
Cruz is also charged with harboring, concealing, or shielding an illegal alien and with transportation of an illegal alien.
Two other counts allege that Cruz failed to report the illegal entry and that he aided and abetted the entry of an illegal alien.
A conviction means prison time and a stiff fine.
Cruz was released on his own recognizance after an initial appearance late this afternoon.

A fence is irrelevent. This happened because of political correctness and the administration's lack of will on dealing with this issue properly.

(LEWISBURG)- An electric fence to be installed around the wall of the Lewisburg Penitentiary will stun an inmate the first time he touches it and kill him the second time.
The level of electricity in the fence will automatically increase after contact, so a prisoner will be electrocuted if he touches it again, Warden Joseph V. Smith said.
Guards in the towers are authorized to shoot to kill if a prisoner goes over the wall around the maximum-security federal prison...

Yeah, that's pretty obvious. However, he was one among many corrupt Border Patrol Agents that were able to join the agency because of it's politically correct hiring standrds.
