CRITICS WHO ALLEGE LIBERAL MEDIA BIAS point to specific examples. During the 2004 election campaign such examples have included a report by CBS News anchor Dan Rather based on fabricated documents and a memo by ABC News Political Director Mark Halperin directing the network’s reporters to treat misstatements by Republican President George W. Bush more harshly than misstatements by his Democrat opponent John Kerry.
But perhaps the most dramatic example cited as bias was committed by MSNBC Senior Political Analyst Lawrence O’Donnell, who during a brief news interview last Friday accused a Kerry critic an astonishing 39 times of being a liar.

I've wondered that myself. Reminds me of my brother who was gay, not in his liberal insanity, just in his manner. My brother was a lib too, but I'd bet he'd be a staunch right winger by now, were he still amoung us. My brother was gay, but not faggy, O'Donnell is kind of like that too, I mean, if he's gay. Any talk of him with any ladies, wife, etc?

Some years ago, he was romantically involved with actress Kathryn Harrold when she was on an NBC show with Sam Waterston (before he joined the cast of Law & Order); I recall her mentioning how she was tuned in to C-SPAN one eve, O'Donnell aide to Moynihan, she called him on his beeper and laughed when she watched him get up from his seat behind ol' Pat to answer the page. She said he was "none too happy" about her interrupting him at work.

Because Lawrence O'Donnell has once again inserted himself into politics, this time quite literally, in order to destroy Karl Rove, which makes O'Donnell's history relevant. I've posted several background (what you'd call "old news") articles on him during the last few days.
O'Donnell's media meltdown will come after he continues to hype the "I've known Rove was the leaker all my life but I didn't want to say anything because it's unlikely but remember if it's true that I broke the story first" crap.
