There does seem to be a bit of a "halo" around his head, especially in the upper-right quadrant of his head... like a clone-tool was used.

The photo is legitimate. As to the ID of the individual in question, I don't know. But I would guess it is him.

You're right. So does the head of one of the guys next to him. Either the photo has been doctored, or those two guys have angel halos around their heads.

It doesn't have cloning artifacts, it has sharpening artifacts. The halo around the head indicates excessive use of unsharp mask to enhance an old photo with poor detail.

If this is from the same sequence that is the subject of another thread, this isn't the same guy. The nose and ear aren't right.
