Hell, he's had a hard enough time appointing judges and dealing with judicial activism as it is.

Since I consider him to be a puppet of the multinational corporatists,
my suspicion is that he'll appoint a "moderate" who would've agreed with this decision.
Afterall, it's all about Big Government being compliant with WTO objectives.
