A pretty good list. A couple that I use:

The first is fgrep, a command line utility from the DOS days that still runs just fine from the command prompt. Blazing fast, it'll find just what you're looking for: http://www.covesoftware.com/fgrep/fgrep.htm

Treewalk DNS server. Why would you want to run a DNS server? Most likely the one you use at your ISP is overloaded and the bottleneck in your surfing. Easy to set up and see if it improves anything for you: http://ntcanuck.com/
