As well, I believe this was about the time that the "Where's the WMD in Iraq" drumbeat was happening..
What happened was Abu Ghrieb hit at the exact same time and everything including this and Nick Burg's beheading was ignored by the media in their obsessive and ravinous 24/7 attempt to make our soldiers and Bush look bad.
It was claimed at the time on FR that this was a possible sarin or nerve gas attack that was thwarted. Looks like it wasn't.
