How about filling it with all the unedible pig parts that remain after a humane slaughter .

there could be several reasons...
first of all, the raid they got him in could have included several people. These guys dont normally go anywhere alone.
It probably took a while to identify him. Aliases over there can be sentences long after all. Once they identified him and he (probably) confirmed that and started singing like a bird, they wanted to announce it as "progress".
He will get his eventually. He has murdered and maimed countless numbers over there....
WE don't do anything with them. Iraq took them into custody. They will "deal" with him much better than we ever could. Durbin isn't a senator in Iraq. Praise God.
