Soooo glad to see another of your creation stories. I know it is difficult to check historical data, but the Bible is historically correct in everything that we have been able to verify. Not one inconsistency to date. While this may not prove the story of Genesis scientifically, it certainly lends credence to the possibility that it may be devinely inspired writing. How do you know that a turtle didn't bring up mud after the flood, or Coyote and Eagle didn't create people? You are choosing your beliefs about creation over the beliefs of others, when you have the same scientific basis for them as they do (i.e., none).
