I guess this would be like having a never ending , intermittent sobriety check evertime you hit the road.

Why not just revoke someones license if they are convicted of mutliple drunk driving violations. But that would be toooooo easy....

This is so silly I bet the state approves it.

The plate itself would nullify probable cause? That's a curious reason for support, IMO.
