In today's "justice" system, since they have all the time and money, they will keep hounding a person until they give up, give in, go to jail or die. They usually go where they want the evidence to lead them, not where it takes them, very simple.Sort of like the Michael Jackson case. Just keep trying. (I've no idea whether the charges against Jackson are true; the comment is directed to the tactics.)

Exactly there were over 100 subpoenas before they charged Jackson.
