No bruises, no petikia, no sign of oxygen cut off, no swollen blackened tongue sticking out, no bulging eyeballs.
What bruises or marks there were might have been over looked due to the efforts to bring her back to life. They might have assumed that some of the marks came from the EMT's.
There had to have been something that looked like abuse of Terri for the EMT's to call the police to come to a possible homocide.
***And you can't avoid the fact that if the Schindlers hadn't brought all these lawsuits, the money would never have had to been paid to the attorneys.***
Of course! She would have been dead years ago, and all of it would have gone to MS.
That money was NOT supposed to pay attorney's fees for anyone. It was supposed to be reserved, set aside, used for Terri's rehabilitation and care.
Had MS just simply divorced her and let her parents take care of her, most would have also gone to him, with divorce laws saying everything gets divided in half. And again, THOSE attorney fees would not have reached anywhere near what Felos et all gleaned out of her 'rehab and care' award money for themselves, by order of the Judge.
Also, in his first deposition even before the lawsuits, he clearly states under oath that he already had an intimate relationship with another woman... in the same time frame where he was testifying how much his vows with Terri meant to him (read about Cindy Shook). And when comparing all of his testimony/deposition statements, there was at least one other live in between her and Jodi C... His vows did not really mean very much after all, even before he swore under oath that they did.
This occurred after Michael began to use the money, which had been awarded for the purpose of paying for her long-term care and began using it to pay for death-dealing lawyers.
Sorry, you are mistaken.
Actually, the argument over the money for her care
started when they found out that Michael had given
orders to "not treat" medical conditions he knew
(he admitted in depositions) could mean her death,
in *1993* or 12 years ago, soon after he received
the money he won in order (he had testified) to
take care of her because, he'd said, she wasn't
that bad and not just a pillow head. He testified
he would have told them sooner or later that he
had given those orders.
His entire story and focus changed after he got the
money, which was Intact as of 1998, when he suddenly
remembered what he then said she had told him once after
watching a tv show.
Note of course he was moving in with his new friend and
starting a family. The money was not spent until after
that, on legal bills to make sure Terri died instead of
being cared for by him as he testified in his malpractice
suit he would do.
Weren't a couple of Mercedes paid for with settlement money?
