Pretty obvious that you did not read the autopsy report. It clearly states that she did not die of starvation.

It is clinically documented via CT scans that she had significant cerebral atrophy 15 years before removing her NG tube due to oxygen deprivation.

No sign of abuse. Like none of the physical signs will heal in 10 plus years. Other than the brain damage, I wonder would would still be seen this many years later.
