Do I have time to call my ex-wife in San Francisco and tell her to head for the beach for a little surfing?

No, in this case, the sea might be rising.

Hopefully there will not be a tsunami.

My husband was born in San Francisco and lived there all his life, up until a few years ago. He says they have earthquakes and tsunami warnings all the time -- he also says instead of staying inside, people would go down to the beach to look for the tsunami (there never was one when he lived there).
