The accused terrorist and former leader of Ansar-Al Islam Mullah Krekar is in these days trying to prevent being expelled from Norway by sueing the Norwegian Goverment. Norwegian Minister Erna Solberg (Conservative)has decided that Krekar is a threat to the Norwegians and there for signed his deportation order on the grounds that he has broken the terms of his assylum by traveling back to North Iraq and that he posses a threat to national security.

Krekars laywer, Meling claims that Krekar will not be safe if expelled and therefore can not be forced out. Nor is the country stable enough to accept Krekar, "An agreement with the Iraqi authorities to return Krekar can not be reckoned as in agreement with the European Human Rights Convention before the new constitution is in place there," Solberg told a press conference on Thursday afternoon.

Meling, who's also a salvation army soldier, read aloud the 35 pages of the deportation order last week since the judge that was assigned to the case is Solberg's cousin's housband.

Krekar's case seems to be quite weak, quotes from Islamic websites and videos include things like "a child is much easier to arm with a bomb and also has easier access to many areas" and "If I got the calling, I would blow myself up outside the American Embassy"

Krekar has also been linked to one of the Madrid bombers, and says that Osama Bin Laden is a good example of a devoted muslim as he never wavers in his faith.

Solberg has later admited that it is nearly impossible to expell Krekar. "First and foremost, the Krekar case is very confusing for people. A number of Norwegian organizations have the naive belief that it is easy to prosecute people in Norway. It is nearly impossible to prosecute someone for something done in another country and when it is not part of a legal action in another country"

Krekar claims himself to be a man of deep belief and of peace. Krekar is convicted of terrorism in Jordan.
