That smudge between "make" and "law". Was that an ink drop on the original? Penumbra?

If given the chance to supplement your material or testify, please note FR is self-regulating and self-correcting as to bad language, personal attacks, vitriolic racism, pornography, copyright abuse or misrepresentation of facts, news, other's statements, etc.
Jim Robinson and helpers have done a good job of making FR a place to express conservative ideas and opinions. We don't need strict oversight by the FEC in what happens here. Election "reform" shouldn't be the end of free speech.

To enforce the regulations, they'll have to be able to identify those who they think broke them.

I'm sorry, I do not understand the implication of your first statement, perhaps you can clarify. This would seem to be a comment reserved for those who do regularly use personal attacks, racism, porn, or copyright abuse, etc.
As to your second statement, I wholeheartedly agree.

It is one of the most popular and influential sites on the Web. Its Alexa.com rating is the 1366th most popular Website. In contrast, the liberal blog DailyKos.com is ranked 5386th and the liberal forum DemocraticUndeground.com is ranked 4,108th. I hope the DUmmyland crowd reads this. :)
Good job, kristinn.
