i believe I read somewhere that the divorce issue is a possibility but I'm not 100% on that.
We have a mentally ill neighbor who was abusing her pets a few years ago and it's like pulling teeth to get animal control involved.
As far as deporting I have no idea but since there is a child that might not be the best situation.
The child is an American citizen and so is his father. The mother is not. Also, if they check her background in Poland, they might just come up with a criminal background. One would hope. That would get her out of the picture fast.
They should call the S.P.C.A. if animal control won't help. Otherwise, petition the court on Scott's behalf to gain custody of the dog. The dog is his.

from what I've seen on Animal Planet's show about animal cops, you'd think they'd be johnny-on-the-spot.. maybe it's only when the cameras are rolling?
