I think old gorgie-poo may have too much estrogen in his system... (I know I go all weepy when that happens to me.)
This is some of the funniest soundbite stuff I've heard for awhile... LMBO What a quack!
You know, I think that a grown man who cries, not because of a tragedy but because he wants his way so bad shows a little bit of insanity. He looked and sounded like Nancy Pelosi.
Good call...someone get her down to the floor of the Senate, STAT.
Winston Churchill said it best - "Nations dont
have friends, only interests"
My senator voinovitch looked absolutely ridiculous on national tv. His tears and this issue do not connect....you have to wonder if the guy is having personal problems or something???
Someone has something on this guy. This makes nooooo sense.
That's exactly what my wife said..."For a minute, I thought that was the Nanster (our term for Pelosi)."
I am afraid that sissiness has seeped into the right side of the aisle.
MORON
This is the one who was too busy to go to the actual hearings. You know, if I'd blown those off, I personally would be keeping my head down & hoping nobody'd noticed.
And people wonder why I'm a monarchist.
Laura Ingraham is on this now. Hysterical!!!
OY!
Algebraic insults are too much before the first cup of coffee gets into the bloodstream.
x-y . . . heh heh heh
Three words: What an idiot!!!
Our state needs Ken Blackwell to assume the Governor's office and raise a new crop of Ohio Republicans in the worst way! We don't need any more establishment whores around here! That's what the democrat party is for!!
If one really cares about the UN -- which I don't -- one would recognice the corruption there and be screaming, snarling and kicking to end it. Which would mean supporting Bolton.
Nice strategy!
Ohio FREEPers, please find someone to replace this crybaby. Please.
I get the impression that Voinovich is extremely narcissitic and cannot admit that he ever made a mistake. He was wrong to blow off the committee hearings, and then came out against Bolton to deflect criticism for that. He then split the difference on the vote, and has locked himself into a position opposing Bolton on the floor. All because he took a couple of days off to go golfing, or something, instead of going to work.
We've all known people who are never wrong. I think the today's breakdown on the floor are the result of the intense pressure Voinovich has brought down on himself because he in unable to admit that he was wrong.
